Registration
Your registration fee includes your attendance to all sessions of the conference and all pre-conference workshop opportunities, as well as breakfast and lunch on both days of the conference, full day coffee/refreshment access throughout the entire event, and an invitation to a networking reception to take place Thursday, February 12. Payments made by credit card will be assessed a 3% convenience fee. To pay by check, please contact confs@mailbox.sc.edu to receive an invoice.

• Faculty/Professional (including faculty from any college/university as well as researchers, industry representatives, government officials, and other professionals): $200

• Student/Trainee (enrolled students and post-doctoral fellows)*: $50 (proof of status required)

*Please email a copy of your student ID or current academic schedule to conferences@sc.edu.
*If you require a bulk registration form to register multiple people, please email conferences@sc.edu.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be granted for this conference; however, substitutions will be permitted. In the event of bad weather or the conference is cancelled, USC is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will USC issue refunds to registrants, exhibitors, sponsorships, event activities or associated fees.

PHOTO DISCLAIMER
BDHSC will take photos of sessions throughout the conference.
