Refunds/Transfers:
No refunds or substitutions are available for online or in-person courses or certificate programs. With 10 business days' written notice, participants may transfer to a future program within one year of the original program with no penalty, with program advisor approval. Transfers are limited to one occurrence.

Once a program has begun, if a student cannot complete their chosen course due to an unexpected conflict, the student may transfer to another course of the same program so long as they finish within one year of their original program start date. Transfers are limited to one occurrence per student and must be a program of identical format (online to online; classroom to classroom).

Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certification Program

There will be no credits or refunds for class time or exams missed by a participant and refunds will not be given for “no‐shows." With 10 business days' written notice of the exam window start date, participants may transfer to a future exam window within one year of the original exam window with no penalty, with program advisor approval. Transfers are limited to one occurrence.

Paralegal Certificate Program

Students must pass all sections and requirements of the program with a score of 70% or higher. If a student does not pass a section, they may complete any remaining sections so long as they finish within one year of their original program start date. If a student does not complete the required coursework within one year of their original program, they will have to re-register and pay for the course.
